Meghan is a passionate and accomplished coach who has led the US Youth National Team since 2019 and been part of the coaching staff since 2014. With over a decade of experience and a background in Division 1 soccer, Meghan’s coaching approach is holistic, striking the perfect balance between support and challenge. Formerly Head Coach of Team Rock in NY, she now coaches ClmbIQ in Denver and trains athletes nationwide with CLMB. Beyond coaching, Meghan finds joy in running, cycling, and cherishing moments with her family – her wife, three dogs, and a new baby.

Kim Mitchell is a Physical Therapist and longtime USA Climbing Youth National Team Manager. She has traveled around the world supporting our Youth athletes.
