Meghan is a passionate and accomplished coach who has led the US Youth National Team since 2019 and been part of the coaching staff since 2014. With over a decade of experience and a background in Division 1 soccer, Meghan’s coaching approach is holistic, striking the perfect balance between support and challenge. Formerly Head Coach of Team Rock in NY, she now coaches ClmbIQ in Denver and trains athletes nationwide with CLMB. Beyond coaching, Meghan finds joy in running, cycling, and cherishing moments with her family – her wife, three dogs, and a new baby.

Frankie Caiazzo is the Director of Competitive Teams at CRG Watertown and current Chair of the USA Climbing Coaching Committee. She has been coaching athletes to the National and International level for nearly a decade, including 3 years as an assistant coach for the Youth National Team. Frankie specializes in movement analysis and competition strategy and strives to help athletes expand their comfort zones, build confidence and achieve their goals.

Al started climbing in college and immediately developed a passion for climbing and routesetting. This passion for route setting turned into a love for coaching and helping climbers explore new movements. Al has been the head coach of various programs and has coached accomplished athletes at all competitive levels across the country.
In 2021, Al founded the Class Five Climbing Team based in San Diego, California where he also serves as the Head Coach. Al has served as part of the Youth National Team Coaching team at several competitions, including in Vornezh, Russia and Dallas, Texas. He is also part of USA Climbing’s Elite Coaching Pool, most recently serving as an Assistant Coach at the World Championships held in Bern, Switzerland.

Oleksii Shulha is the head coach of the Stone Summit team in Atlanta, Georgia. His main specialty is Speed.
Maurice is the Head Coach and Owner of Rock City Climbing. He specialises in Sport and Boulder with a specific interest in athletic development and mindset. He served as an Intern Coach at the 2022 Youth World Championships in Dallas, TX.
Outside of climbing, Maurice is a classically trained chef (Formerly). He also loves snakes and reptiles and previously owned 22 reptiles at a time.

Jon has been the Head Coach of the Rocks & Ropes Team in Tucson, AZ for 13 years. He excels as a coach with mental performance in competition as well as coaching through routesetting. Jon also specializes in building athletes that will continue to explore climbing well after they age out of competition. Outside of climbing Jon enjoys wood turning, his cat and cooking outside over fire.

Zoe is the head coach for The Cliffs at Gowanus in Brooklyn, NY. With an M.S. in Sport Psychology, her coaching revolves around helping athletes prepare for the mental demands of competition. Outside of climbing Zoe enjoys chilling with her cats and a good book.
