    2023 Collegiate Scholarships

The 2023 scholarship application deadline has been extended to Friday March 10th, 2023 at 11:59pm MT.

This year, USA Climbing is offering two scholarship opportunities to our collegiate members.

Both the Collegiate Climbing Ambassador Scholarship and the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Scholarship are an opportunity for competitors to demonstrate how they have become an ambassador for the sport of climbing and how they make climbing a more inclusive space.

To be considered, applicants must be a current collegiate member and submit a resume and an essay based on the prompt for the scholarship they are applying for. USA Climbing will be awarding $3,000 in scholarships: first place $1,000 and second place $500 for each scholarship. Please submit applications to collegiatecommittee@usaclimbing.org

The top five for each scholarship will then be interviewed by members of the selection committee and the winners will be announced prior to Collegiate Nationals.
