Coordinators are a driving force behind the Youth and Collegiate Series and a vital connection between USA Climbing and local climbing communities.

More than event organizers, our Coordinators are leaders, advocates, and ambassadors for the sport, putting USA Climbing’s mission and values into action. Working with facilities, coaches, officials, routesetters, athletes, and families, they create safe, positive opportunities for young climbers to compete, advance, and grow.
