Team Names/Team Manager Form

USA Climbing is collecting current Youth Series team information for use in the USA Climbing Result Service. Please fill out this form so that we may provide the most current information to the developer: https://forms.gle/jLnnt5Gmu2fxTe8Y9

• If someone manages more than one youth team, submit this form for each team with a unique team manager email per team.
• Only one team email can be associated with each youth team.
• Deadline: December 1, 2025
